This is a mini shoulder bag with a wallet function featuring Mickey Mouse in the New York City lettering, which my father brought back as a souvenir from a business trip to the United States over 10 years ago. When you unfasten the snap button, there's an embroidery of an apple and lettering as shown in photo 4. This area can hold items like lipsticks, small cosmetics for touch-ups (mini sizes, etc.), and small handkerchiefs. Turning it over and opening the snap button reveals the wallet.
