This is a multi-tool for golf. I think it's quite old. It's in good condition, so I think it's unused, but it has been stored at home for a long time. I know that the two-pronged part is a divot tool (green fork), but I don't know what the other parts are. I think the gourd-shaped indentation is for adjusting spikes, but golf shoes with spikes are rare these days. It has a clip for attaching to a pocket or belt. It's a Showa-retro golf item.
