Hagi-yaki Kiln Senryuzan Tea Set, Bancha Tea Set Includes 1 teapot and 6 teacups. This item was stored at my parents' house. It seems they purchased it from a Hagi kiln about a dozen years ago. They wanted something different from the Hagi-yaki often seen in souvenir shops. Used 3-4 times, then displayed on a shelf. There appears to be some cloudiness on the inside of the teapot and the undersides of the teacups, but overall, they seem to be in good condition. Please check the photos for details. Please note that the original box is not available. Teapot: Outer diameter: approx. 10cm (13cm including the spout) Height: approx. 8cm (excluding the lid) Teacups: Outer diameter: approx. 8cm Height: approx. 6cm Please feel free to comment if you have any questions or requests. Senryuzan is a long-established Hagi kiln that also houses a memorial hall for the Order of Cultural Merit recipient, Daibi Yoshika. Their website states: "Manufacturing high-quality and refined Hagi-yaki as a genuine Hagi kiln..." As I have no opportunity to use them, it would be a waste to keep them, so I am offering them for sale in the hope that someone will find them useful. Similar items, although in different colors, are currently sold for over 30,000 yen on the kiln's online shop. I will use a recycled box for packaging.
