They are supposed to be excellent for cutting chicken bones and crab shells with ease‼️ I tried using them once, and I was surprised because the handle was easy to grip and they cut very well. However, I will be selling them because we don't use them at home. There are some scratches on the handle (photo 3) as they seem to have rubbed against something in the drawer during storage, but there is no problem with use.
