This is the "Seikai Kissho Mannen Koyomi" (Complete Explanation of Auspicious Perpetual Calendar). I bought it last June, but I couldn't figure out how to use it, so it sat on the bookshelf for a while. It's in good condition, but the bottom of the cover has some creasing from being stored upright on the bookshelf (see photo 3). Thank you.
