There is some wear and tear, but I think it can still be used. There are small scratches on the outside, and a small stain on the corner of the inside, on the side that becomes the lid. The rubber inside the small item compartment is damaged, and the fabric is slightly peeling. You may be able to repair it yourself. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
