This is a one-of-a-kind item made by an overseas manufacturer. Worn only once. Perfect for weddings and parties. The embroidery of the rocking horse and stars on the hem is very cute. The fabric is cotton, like a T-shirt. It has an inner-style halter neck design, but it cannot be removed. The hem has three layers: embroidered tulle, lace fabric, and lining. The first image is a coordination example with an apron.
