I am selling a PRS Singlecut tremolo. It's a very good guitar, but I'm selling it because I'm decluttering. The previous owner seems to have used it well, so it has some scratches, but it sounds really good. The neck is in good condition and I think it's very easy to play. I was using it normally for recording and live gigs until recently. I had it professionally set up at a repair shop, so it's in good condition and ready to go. Accessories include a hard case, back panel, original warranty, adjustment wrench, and stickers. The bird tag is missing. This is a used item being sold by a private individual, so basically, no returns or exchanges. I may consider trading for another guitar depending on the model, so feel free to comment.
