Salisbury is a series named after the city of Salisbury in southern England. It's a beautiful series with a cream-colored base, blue and yellow bands, and shells as accents among the small, curved flowers. The motifs of shells and bouquets are depicted in soft tones. Discontinued in 1999. This is a British-made piece from 1988, as indicated on the backstamp. It was tucked away in the back of a shelf.
