Flare dress. I received this as a gift, but I won't be wearing it, so I'm offering it for sale. There are no noticeable stains. There is some sebum staining on the part that touches the back of the neck, but it's on the inside so it's not visible when worn. It flares out quite a bit, but the color is subdued, so I think it can be worn by people of all ages. It has a lining. There are no pockets.
