I don't think it falls into the "new" category since I just bought it, but it's unused and unopened, so I've put it in this category. Since it's unopened, I haven't been able to check the contents. I've only checked it visually from the outside of the box. Please consider purchasing with the understanding that there may be shortages or defects that I can't see.
