This is a houndstooth formal dress from Comme Ca ISM. It has a cute black ribbon belt. I think it can be worn for recitals, entrance ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, etc. I wore it once, but there are no stains or frays. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
