I bought this a few years ago, but I've hardly worn it, so it's in great condition. The fabric is nylon-like, so it repels food spills and rain. It's a skirt that can be worn casually or formally. It will likely hit around the ankles for shorter people and around the calves for taller people. The waist is elastic, so you don't have to worry about it not fitting. Also, there's another layer inside the skirt to prevent it from being see-through.
