I used this a few times and then stored it on a shelf. The shoulder strap has never been used. I believe there are no noticeable stains or scratches, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. There are no pets or smokers in my home. I will pack it carefully and ship it as quickly as possible (same day or next day).
