This is a mother and child health handbook case featuring My Neighbor Totoro. I've kept it closed with my bank passbooks inside, so I haven't taken it out much, and I think it's in good condition. There's a small part of the leather that has peeled off, but overall it's a beautiful item. It's very cute, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who needs it.
