Although it is a new item, there is some staining in the areas marked with circles in the image due to aging. It looks larger in the image, but it's not that noticeable in reality, with the most obvious being on one part of the lid. I think it's good enough to use when guests come over, but this is just my personal opinion, so please consider this if you are not concerned. The spout's vinyl had discolored, so I removed it and washed it, but you can remove it if you wish. It's a beautiful, elegant color, and the teacups are not thin, but sturdy. Includes: 1 teapot, 5 teacups, 5 lids. The wooden box lid has stains.
