The condition is not bad, but it is old, so please purchase only if you understand that it is a used item. There is yellowing due to aging, slight warping, scratches, dents, and stains on the back, but I think it is in good condition considering its age. It will be shipped anonymously with waterproof and anti-folding measures. Please understand that this is a used item stored at home before purchasing. I have another of the same map in a later post.
