This is a Parsons plaid raincoat. I bought it after searching extensively because I couldn't find many cute ones that could be worn over a school backpack. However, even though I kept it in the backpack, my child would still get wet on the way home when it rained, so I ended up hardly using it. Therefore, I'm offering it for sale. It comes with a dedicated pouch, and it's cute without being overly childish, so I recommend it.
