A prototype mini-mat woven with original, hand-spun, plant-dyed wool yarn from the Middle East. It's inspired by a large apple tree with one remaining fruit and the sun. Enjoy it by placing your smartphone, accessories, or natural stones on it. I've been using it briefly to test it out, placing my smartphone on it, and it has been washed. To organize the materials, it will be wrapped in washi paper and hand-spun, plant-dyed organic cotton yarn. 17 x 8 cm 100% wool --- I found kilim yarn at a rug shop I stumbled upon in Kamakura, and I couldn't resist buying the richly dyed yarns. This is a one-of-a-kind piece, woven while thinking of the hands that spin the yarn on the other side of the world.
