This is a 10G-ONU optical subscriber connection device from NTT. It's a 10G-EPON <O> C ONU <4>. Manufactured in June 2023. Includes the original AC adapter and cable. After the contract, it was discovered that the wrong contract had been made, so it has only been connected once.
