I only washed it, I haven't actually used it. After I bought it, I washed it once and then rinsed it with water and air-dried it before listing it, and there are water droplet-like marks on the underside of the lid and the main body (；ω；) I wiped it with a paper towel, but the marks remain. Someone familiar with handling stainless steel might be able to clean it up nicely. Please wash it before use. There are fine scratches on the black rim from opening and closing it several times. There are two small scratches under the handle, which appear to have been made during storage. I stored it in a hanging cabinet, but there may be other scratches that don't show up in the pictures. It seems the box and instruction manual were disposed of together, so this is a listing for the pot only. It is no longer sold on the official ZWILLING website. You can pour by pressing the tip of the lid (the protrusion above the handle) from the closed position. When putting drinks inside or washing it, hold the lid and open it further to stage 2 before pouring in (or washing). When closing the lid, be sure to return the lid to stage 1 before closing it.
