Used old LEGO set. The propeller moves in conjunction with the moving tires. There are some minor scratches and dirt on each part. The paint on the horn is unevenly peeled off. Rubber bands and small gray parts of the propeller section are missing. Similar parts will be included as replacements. The instruction manual is damaged. The box is not included. Will be disassembled and shipped.
