Both pairs seem to have stretched ankle elastic due to aging. The waist elastic should be fine. If it stretches, it can be replaced. I have home-cleaned them before listing, but there may be other stains or damage besides those mentioned. Please understand that these are used items and only purchase if you are okay with that.
