This is a novelty item given out at the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) National Day event held at the Kansai Expo. It appears to be a handmade document holder, possibly made from materials used to make baskets. It's a rare item, given only to those who were able to sit in the general seating area at the Ray Garden venue. I waited for 3 hours to get in at the time. I think only about 200 to 300 people were allowed in. Size: Fits A4 size documents. No gusset, so it doesn't hold a lot. Since it's made of natural materials, there are some initial stains. It has been stored at home, so please consider this if you are interested.
