I initially purchased this with a Nikon F mount, but had it changed to a Canon EF mount at the SIGMA headquarters (see image). The box and instruction manual are for the Nikon mount, but please note that the actual lens is a Canon EF mount. I didn't use it much and kept it in storage, both when it was a Nikon F mount and when it was a Canon EF mount. It's in excellent condition with hardly any signs of use, I would say it's in the "beautiful" category. All accessories are included.
