This is a 19 Stradic C3000XG! There's a scratch on the spool edge, and it's been slightly filed down. This is an item without a handle. It has 0.6 PE braid (4-strand) spooled on it. I've only used it once offshore. There are scratches, but it's still usable. Personally, I don't feel any grinding or scratchiness, and the rotation is smooth.
