It has been used to some extent. There are no issues with its operation. The protective film is still on the touch display. If you remove it, I think there won't be any scratches. In addition to the main unit, a dedicated power adapter is included. It will be shipped with a large number of Marshall and Bogner-style third-party IRs installed.
