This is a novelty item from Suntory Kakubin. When you press the button, the music from the Kakubin commercial plays. It is new and unopened, so I haven't been able to confirm that it works. I believe that when you press the button, the "Whiskey wa o-suki desho?" jingle plays (apologies if I'm mistaken). Returns are not accepted because the item's functionality hasn't been confirmed. The packaging shows some signs of aging.
