Although there was rust and chipping due to long-term storage, I've made it usable with natural whetstones and leather strops. Generally sold for about 7000 yen. I've priced it at less than half price, so please consider it. If you sharpen it too much, it's prone to chipping, and I've stopped at a point where it generally has an edge (able to cut through copy paper smoothly), but it seems possible to sharpen it further or achieve a mirror finish. It's said to be rust-resistant molybdenum steel, but I think it's almost the same as stainless steel. Because it's rust-resistant, it should be easy to use in a home. It's an ideal thin-bladed knife for cutting vegetables. I have other knives for myself, and I don't use this one, so I'm putting it up for sale.
