I received a ceramic plate, which came in a wooden box. I don't know if the artist is famous, but there is a handwritten description. The plate has a diameter of 19.5cm and a height of about 4cm. The wooden box is 23.5cm square and 8cm high. I used it a few times, but have kept it stored in the wooden box since then.
