The first image shows a different color; the actual item is black. Overall, there's some minor soiling, but it's relatively clean and I think they're still perfectly usable. The lining is lightly brushed, and the fabric itself seems to be wind-resistant, making them suitable for fall, winter, and early spring. Notable points: There are several white, mottled stains on the left knee area, and the lining around the seat is torn. The stains are barely noticeable unless you look closely.
