Although there's no hallmark, it's 14K gold. This is a valuable early piece from Max, received directly from the owner, Howard, at his Hawaiian workshop over 20 years ago, before Max became famous. The letter "y" is engraved on it. These pieces from that time are no longer available, so is anyone interested?
