This is a 12-color watercolor paint set from Hikari Kuni. 12ml per tube. It comes in a box (see photo 2). The white paint has been used a little, but the other colors appear mostly unused. The 6 rose-colored paints (see photo 3) have about 1/3 of the paint remaining. There is some evidence of use, with some tubes having less paint remaining and some staining. Please understand this before purchasing.
