A hand-painted plate with a traditional design, made in Kütahya, the center of Turkey's pottery industry. The design is based on arabesque patterns from the Seljuk Turkish period, before the Ottoman Empire. The plate is approximately 7.5 cm high and 33 cm in diameter. There is a hole on the back for hanging it on a wall. A stand for displaying it is also included. This is a decorative plate and is not suitable for use as tableware.
