With the opening and extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen, the Raicho and Thunderbird trains are becoming less active in the Hokuriku region. While it's becoming more convenient, there's also a sense of sadness. Both trains have corrosion on the battery terminals. Uses 1 size-D battery. The Raicho has been disassembled and cleaned by an amateur, and it now works. It has two speeds. The Thunderbird doesn't work because the terminal plate broke while I was cleaning it. The coupling hooks on the second car of both trains have come loose, so they have been modified. Both trains are fine for display. I think they could be played with normally if you replace or repair the coupling, rubber wheels, and battery terminals (this is just my personal opinion).
