Pigeon Diaper Disposal Bin Almost unused No instruction manual or box, just the main unit. I received this as a gift, but I haven't had a chance to use it, so I'm selling it. The smell from the previous owner's house hasn't completely disappeared. I will sell it to someone who understands this.
