It was displayed in a collection case with a transparent lid. I regularly aired out the collection case, so I believe it is in good condition (as new), but it is a used item stored by an amateur, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection or are very particular. (The base often has initial stains and scratches.) In my opinion, I did not see any noticeable scratches, but since it is an amateur's assessment, there may be small scratches or stains.
