It was located near the super balls, so I think it's a toy to scoop out of water, like at a festival. There are no markings, so the manufacturer is unknown. I believe it's from the late 70s to the 80s, but the details are unclear. I've researched and it seems there are also Corythosaurus and carnivorous dinosaurs.
