I sent the one I was previously using for repair, and a brand new, unopened item was returned to me. I had purchased another pair of earphones while the original was being repaired, so I decided to sell this one as a good opportunity. Regarding the sound quality, it's "unbelievable for a wireless device." I'm amazed that such a high-performance DAC is packed into such small earphones. However, as it's said to be "all about the sound," the noise cancellation is present but not very strong. I still believe it's one of the best wireless earphones for "listening to music."
