This is a Pelikan fountain pen. As it's a limited edition, I don't see it circulating very often, so I believe it's quite rare. I purchased it about six months ago and used it a few times, but I haven't had much opportunity to use it lately, so I'm putting it up for sale. There are some scratches from use, but it's generally in good condition with no plating peeling. I will clean and dry it before shipping it in the original box it came with.
