It explains how to interact with your baby, exercises, etc., in order with photos, making it really easy to understand, and it also explains why they're beneficial, so I used to do them with my child while looking at the book. Now, I think it was really good because my child has grown up with very good motor skills. Original price: 980 yen There are no folds in the books, but they are stored at home.
