This is a used item. The nylon material has no holes or tears and is still in good condition. (Photo 1) It's a 2-way bag, so you can put things between the black and olive nylon materials! You can also cinch it with the gathers. (Photo 2) The leather on the handles is peeling, showing signs of wear. (Photo 3) It opens and closes with a magnet. (Photo 4) It's hard to see in the photos, but there are a few stains that are not very noticeable.
