This is an INGNI skirt. It has a lining inside the lace. The waist is elastic. Sequins are also attached to the lace. Due to the nature of the lace, there are some areas where it looks like pilling due to friction, and some threads are frayed, but I don't think it's very noticeable. Please note that the item will be simply packaged in a shipping plastic bag (opaque) only. I plan to ship via Yu-Yu Mercari Mail's Yu-Packet Post (posted in a post), but please understand that there is a possibility of changing to Raku-Raku Mercari Mail.
