This is a Tsumugi 8-sun Nagoya obi with a large arabesque pattern woven in a light, muted vermillion color on a pale brown background. It has a striking and unique atmosphere. Suitable for Tsumugi and Komon. The half-width section has a six-pattern design, and is an open-weave construction, allowing for width adjustment when worn. Although it is an open-weave construction, the pattern on the half-width section is shown in image 6. It is unused and in beautiful condition.
