This is a cover (yutan) for the koto. I, the koto player, handmade this. This is a new or used yutan for a 13-string koto, remade from a repurposed silk obi. The ribbon ties are made of [silk or polyester, etc.]. Some may have seams in the middle, but they are hidden inside the yutan, so there is no problem. It is made based on a koto that is around 185cm long. The yutan ties are finished so that they can be removed without sewing, allowing for washing or replacement if they get dirty. [As this is a handmade item, there may be some distortion or misalignment. The color may look slightly different from the actual product in the photos.] This is for those who understand handmade items. Thank you. It will be folded, placed in a plastic bag for waterproofing, and shipped in a Nekopos box, a recycled paper bag, or a宅配ビニール袋 (delivery vinyl bag), depending on the thickness of the yutan. *Please take a look at my other listings as well. ※The koto is not included.
