Although unused, the packaging box is in poor condition due to warehouse storage. No instruction manual is included. The only included accessory is the strap. It can hold one cup of rice, two side dish containers, and a soup container, so I'm sure you'll be able to eat your fill. I think you'll be able to spend your lunch break meaningfully, so please consider it.
