If your espresso machine's pump sound stops and hot water no longer dispenses, or if there is a significant drop in extraction pressure, pump failure is likely. This EX5 is a new rebuilt product (like new refurbished) that uses all new parts such as the core unit and coil, reassembled to Japanese specifications. It has been tested for operation and discharge pressure (1.5Mpa or more: see image 4). However, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor imperfections or if you are looking for brand new replacement parts. Used rebuilt products of the same standard are also in stock, and those are 1500 yen off. Other models such as EP5/EX5/EP5GW/EP5FMGW/EP4/EP4GW/EX4 are also in stock, as well as various types of 120V/60Hz and 230V/50Hz.
