These are sunglasses I bought a few years ago to hide my bare face. They have prescription lenses, but I don't know the strength. My contact lens prescription hasn't changed since then, and is -0.27 for the right eye and -0.25 for the left, so I assume the glasses are the same. I don't have the case, so I will wrap them in bubble wrap and send them in an envelope.
