Visible scratches and stains: - Corners of the bottom - Stains on the inner fabric (likely from a lipstick leak) - Scratches on the hardware Otherwise, I believe there are no other noticeable stains. There is overall wear and tear due to the leather softening and use. The belt has never been used. The dust bag is included.
