This is a used item that my child played with, but I think it's in good condition as they didn't play with it much. I believe the three-story stylish house has no broken parts or paint peeling. The "First Sylvanian Families Recommended Furniture Set" includes everything except the calendar and memo pad, and the schedule board is attached to the house wall. The three-story stylish house, the "First Sylvanian Families Recommended Furniture Set," and the Milk Rabbit Family were purchased new. The rest were either purchased used or received as gifts. I recall that the babies, in particular, were used, and they seem especially dirty. Please check the photos. I think they can still be enjoyed.
